We fell in love with this model the first time we saw the Cholla's open floor plan. Even our landscaping distinctly says, Welcome! Our friends are impressed that our backyard & pool are seen as they enter the front door. Each day we spend time around our pool or preparing supper in the outdoor kitchen while enjoying our backyard privacy. The kitchen is masterful with its gas cooking, numerous cabinets, island & roll-out shelves. Many hours with friends are spent outdoors or at our dining room table playing mahjong or making puzzles. We've added additional cabinetry for various cooking utensils & dinnerware. We recently replaced the flooring throughout our home. Our owner's bath was updated, the shower is exquisite! Our peaceful home has wonderful neighbors and is on a cul-de-sac.
